Getting Your Order Ready:

- In most cases, it takes us 1-7 business days to pack up your order after we receive your payment (a little longer for pre-orders, 7-10 days).

- Some regions that do not have a sturdy supply chain can face issues and in such cases we would inform about the shipping delay in 1-7 business days.

Hitting the Road:

- Shipping times depend on where you are and where your awesome stuff comes from in our warehouse network. Don't worry, you'll see estimated shipping times during checkout! Just remember, weekends are for relaxing, not shipping.

Delivery Crew:

- We use USPS, UPS, and DHL to get your order to you, both around the US and abroad.

Cost of the Ride:

- You'll see the shipping cost based on your address during checkout. Sometimes we offer free standard shipping, so keep an eye out for that on our homepage!

Tracking Your Package:

- As soon as your order is on its way, we'll send you a tracking number and link so you can follow its adventure.

Heads Up!

- Things can get a little slow sometimes due to customs, weather, or other hiccups outside our control. We're not responsible for any delays or extra fees caused by these things.


- If there's a problem with the delivery because of an incorrect address, refused package, or customs hold-up on your end, we might need to deduct some fees from your refund to cover costs.
